Saw New Moon in theatres last week- so much fun! But what was really interesting was one of the previews- it seems that Rick Riordan's The Lightning Thief is coming out in a movie this February and it looks REALLY GOOD!

- My name is Lisa Osur and I am the School Library media Specialist in the Holley Central School District. I mainly work at the Jr/Sr High School, but also teach a class at the Elementary School. I love working with young adults- I find them eager to learn, great to talk with as long as you treat them with respect, and they teach ME things all the time (which I really like- learning new things keeps me excited about what I do). I'm fairly new at this- I received my MLS from SUNY Buffalo in 2004 after spending time at home raising my two daughters. I believe that my late-career has allowed me to bring an energy and enthusiasm to my position that helps me keep up with today's young adults- their interests and issues. It keeps me on my toes just keeping up with their use of technology! I learn something new everyday.
